And I just got the decline a week before hand. Yeah… not pleased. Dates have been known for months and I even made mention of ComicCon several times…

OMGWTFBBQ Top Chef…

So I got the call this morning from the place I had ordered the meat from… one of the items I ordered is out for at least two months and another item they are trying to find another source for. SHIT!!!!

Quick call goes out to ChefHalfblood or whatever his name is… HalfBloodChef it seems… so he’s coming down this evening for us to go over everything again and see what we might be able to substitute for at least one of the items.

I’m still not going to say what the items were that I am now having to substitute… but we are working on solutions and hoping that we can still pull off a great OMGWTFBBQ with or without this one or two items. Just tossing around the menu options a bit here and there… trying not to bring in too many of the old meats from past years in again. And trying to steer away from just burgers and sausages… we really want to blow you away from a gastronomical point and I think we can do it.

A little over one week to go and I am pulling into stress mode. I’ve had a bit over $100 in donations… which was a good help thus far since the meat that was ordered was in the $500 range. We are pulling together some non-food items already… and will be spending this weekend prepping the kitchen and front room for two and a half days of pure insanity. Hopefully the camera will be up for the challenge of documenting our journey… from start to finish.
Then Thursday is basic prep work… get fresh groceries needed for the next couple of days… and work on shit we can do a couple of days in advance. Meat should be delivered that day… and will be scheduling the keg for delivery that day as well. Must drink and cook… :P
Friday is where we will begin the fun part of the process which we will begin preparing anything that can be done a day ahead of time… Friday evening will be enlisting the help of some folks to help out on a top secret project. WrathGlory… CacheCrash… Milady… ShortyVonChickenPants… HalfBloodChef… me…
I think those are enough hands involved on this one for what we are needing to do.

Saturday… the day of… the final day for anything to go wrong to happen because once it starts there is no stopping us. Try to clear up the front room of the final clutter… clean front room… bathroom… start pulling out tables and chairs… hosing down chairs… wiping down tables…
Prep computer for long haul to lower area and protect it from sunlight. Hook up speaker system. Ensure things are working smoothly. Hmmm… where to draw the power from? Maybe move plug for tap elsewhere… and await projector to arrive later in the day. Electrical tape… cannot forget the electrical tape to help tape up cords that might be connected.
Make sure we have some music… selected by me of course because this is something that I want to have fun with ^_~
And of course the final day for cooking and grilling and whatever else we are doing. I do know that one of th desserts will be an interesting one since we cannot serve everyone at the same time… and not quite sure where in the hell we’re going to be making it (inside the apartment I am going to assume)…

Timeline for Saturday:
3pm: event starts… show up whenever though
5pm or 5:30pm: grilling starts
somewhere between 7pm and 8:30pm: I get roasted apparently
around 8:30pm: it is time for the videos for a bit
after the videos: who the fuck knows…

some folks have been asked not to broach certain subjects when roasting me. If you have any concerns on a certain topic… please contact either myself or Milady and we’ll let you know. Seriously… some stuff is amongst certain friends and not everyone needs to know EVERYTHING about me ^_~

Milady has gone fangirl on me…

So last night I get a phone call from Milady… “check your email” she says… so I traipse over to the computer and open my email and here is what is says…

The National Hockey Association’s Stanley Cup champion trophy, which the Anaheim Ducks won last month, is making a brief appearance tomorrow morning at the Disneyland® Resort. The Stanley Cup, and possibly a Duck’s player, can be seen at the following locations:

* From 9:05 to 9:45 a.m. at Harbor Pointe
* From 9:50 to 10:30 a.m. at TDA Hardscape

If you are unable to stop by, there will be highlights posted on The Hub and airing on CAST TV. Local media are also expected to cover the Cup’s visit to the Resort as it makes its first submarine trip on Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage*. Go Ducks!

Problem for me… but not for Milady. Well it sort of is a problem for her since she doesn’t start until 1pm that day. And since it’s backstage, we all know I won’t be seeing it…
So Milady heads to DLR early this morning… leaving our place at 8:30. She is the third person in line at Harbor Pointe for the viewing… picture-taking… et cetera.

And who shows up with the Stanley Cup? Chris Kunitz. Milady is stoked… giddy… making cream pies in her panties…

So she goes about her business… getting photos of the Cup… with the Cup… of Kunitz… with Kunitz… et cetera. Then the Cup moves to it’s next location… back at the TDA building. This time the line is insane… apparently CM’s are either big hockey freaks or just a bunch of bandwagoners. I am voting on the latter…
Again Milady is doing her thing… photos… and whatever else. This time apparently some of her co-workers/fellow Ducks fans are with her… and one of them went fangirl all over Kunitz. Think he might have been a wee bit scared of her… tiny thing scaring big hockey player. Way to go… :P

So now I wait… and wait… and wait until Milady gets off of work at 9:30pm… so I can claim back my camera and upload the photos to the photo gallery. Will let folks know when that’s all done. And maybe we can get Milady to write out a better sequence of events since all I got was info over the phone and it all jumbled together…

can I just work from home?

I think it’s safer that way… really I do. The OCTA strike is really bringing out the scary drivers now… even apartment manager got a taste of it yesterday coming from picking up Milady yesterday evening. Harbor was packed full of cars… more so than usual…

Some examples I’ve seen lately:
driving home yesterday some asshole in a truck that is making a left turn is yelling at a car going through the intersection to get out of his way… O_o
Excuse me? I could have sworn the people going straight have the right-of-way when they have the green… and not the asshole making the left turn…

going to work this morning there is an El Camino a couple of vehicles ahead of me at West. Going through the dips wasn’t an issue… but then Orangewood opened into two lanes and that is where things got interesting. SUV that was behind it is now beside it… El Camino is in the left lane… and then drifts into the right lane and is straddling both lanes. I’m backing off at this point. El Camino decides the left lane is the lane he wants… and then wanders back into the right lane this time going entirely into the right lane. Backing off even more…
Thank goodness for stop sign. He stops… then goes… and while in the right lane is wandering further and further to the right… crap I’m about to witness this asshole hit a parked car right before my turn into the Circle K… bastard. SWERVE!!!! Barely misses sideswiping the car. At this point in time I feel it is MUCH safer to take my time at Circle K… put as much distance between myself and that driver.
Completely expected to see him crashed into something on my trip along Orangewood… no El Camino… so must have made it where ever in one piece thus far.

and having driven the same route for the past couple of years I have gotten to know the lights rather well. But I swear there are people who see a green light ahead and think they can make it if they drive much faster. We’re talking 50+ down a 35 zone. These are the same assholes who think that riding my bumper will make me go faster. Good luch with that one buddy… it will only make me slow down further… :P

Or how about those folks who think it is light enough out to not turn on their headlights? Oh… it’s 6am… it’s overcast… everything is that marvelous shade of grey. Fuck the headlights!!! No one needs to see me anyway. Excuse me? I think not…
I turn them on in the morning and in the evening when I am going home if it is after a certain time of day. The sun is to my back… and low enough (anytime after 5pm for me)… the headlights are on.

And then we have the pedestrians. For the most part they are good pedestrians. But then we have those marvelous wonders who think that pushing the crosswalk button is of no benefit to them. Tell that to the line of cars waiting to make a left turn while you are waddling your fat ass across the street and maybe one car is able to make the turn? Push the damn button already…
What bothers me even more are the people that are standing there for a couple of minutes right next to the damn thing and don’t press the button. Must not touch the button… it could give me rabies… or shock me… or even change that red man up there into a white man… NO!!!!! I don’t want to be a white man!!!! I don’t want to be the oppressor…
Hmmm? Oppressing people? I think I like that… mwahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!! I shall oppress people by making them have to wait through another traffic signal cycle by not pressing the walk button… I am a genius… I am an evil genius… ^_^

awww… Lotion Girl was confused why when she flipped on her screen there was nothing that came on. Because I fuckin’ shut down her system last night when I left. It seems she thinks that she is not part of the rules about shutting down or completely logging out of our systems when leaving. She is leaving apps open on her screen… and even the online app for a client wide open. It would not be hard for some asshole to come into these offices and simply turn on her screen and screw things up royally.
But it takes so much time… wahh!!!! Don’t give a fuck. Your computer is already clamped down on not allowing you to install certain things… set-up by me personally in her first week here… and when it gets all fucked up I am not going to be the one to fix it because you’re a fuckin’ moron who can’t operate a computer properly.

and this is it… the final week to say yeah or nay… I am ordering up the stuff I need to order up this weekend. Any change-ups to my numbers will make me cranky because this is a planned out menu.

And folks planning on roasting me… all two of you it seems… reminder to get hold of Milady. I have given you her email address many times… and even set up a special gmail account for this event so you could reach either her or myself easily.

Note to co-chef… come down this weekend… we need to finalize things ASAP so I can do up this ordering.

seriously… did the US viewers get screwed or what?

So I’m watching Live Earth and have been watching it since 6am PT… on Bravo. None of the other channels seem to be showing it (at least those that I have access to).

Highlights: Nunatak playing in Antarctica. This is a group of scientists that are down there right now that performed earlier this morning. The sound was good… and I was impressed as were many others it seems. They were by far the coolest band to perform for Live Earth. Well, the coldest band that is… damn Antarctica weather… ^_~

Black Eyed Peas performing in the United Kingdom… sadly they did let Fergie do one of her solo songs. Blech…

12 Girls Band performing in China… never heard of them before but I’m a fan now. Did a quick search for their music… found something to take a listen to and decide if I’m interested enough to pick it up on CD.

Crowded House performing in Australia… great to see them again and they even played some old classics.

not sure who performed over in the UK… it was a group of drummers… all sorts of drum corps. Really well done… ^_^

The Soweto Gospel Choir performing in South Africa. Well done… and the opening to their performance involved African drums of all sorts… more banging on things to make me happy ^_^

Non-highlights: Any Given Sunday? Really? You’re named after a movie? Or is there another explanation for your name and your shitty music?
Okay, I’ve been corrected… the band’s name is Taking Back Sunday… and they still sucked… either name and it still sucked.

pretty much any and every performance at a US venue thus far. Seriously, we are up to AFI and I am not impressed by one single fuckin’ act that has performed in the US yet.
Can we fuckin’ get back to the other venues? They have the better performers… I sure as hell don’t care about Ludacris or Akon… or Kelly Clarkson. Okay, I have to correct myself really quick… KT Tunstall did a good set here in the US. Too bad the acts that followed couldn’t life up to that performance.

I’m sure the US venue will improve in terms of performances… it just won’t be right now and I have to suffer through AFI right now when I could be listening to the Beastie Boys in the UK… O_o

will post up more later if I remember…

3:35pm: Melissa Etheridge is on stage now and is blowing me away again with another one of her great performances. Love her sets… glad she’s performing today.

6:20pm: several acts have airs since the last update…
Keane West – same act as last week… good but not phenomenal…

Kelly Clarkson – could have been a lot worse. Wasn’t horrible either…

Beastie Boys – please tell me that they are going to show more than just “Sabatoge”…

Madonna – damn it… you and Melissa are the only two acts to bring tears to my eyes. “Ray of Light” was good as the second song… she was even on the guitar… a lot of energy ^_^

Foo Fighters – they only showed one song and it was a well known song (I don’t recall the title of it) and it was just Dave Groele alone for most of it… song was really slowed down and one guitar. The song ended with the band cranking up the speed a lot… great mix of tempos ^_^

Bon Jovi – some of the songs I don’t know… but I do know “Dead or Alive” or whatever it’s called… and I was even singing along with it… I am such an 80′s & 90′s geek… *cry*

just a little bit…

of bloody pain this morning…

Why, you ask? Because yesterday my dentist dug out the rest of the wisdom teeth that the previous dentist left behind over ten years ago. And people wonder why I hated dentists for so damn long O_o
And of course these didn’t show up initially in the x-rays because of all the other crap in my mouth. This was all discovered last week when I went in for the monthly check-up and progress report. He was happy until he was poking along my upper back gums. He wasn’t sure if it was my jawbone or something else in there… so we had to x-ray only to discover some nice chunks of my wisdom teeth still buried in there.
Yesterday left work early for 2pm appointment. Dentist is figuring a quick in and out procedure. Nope… four shots later I am finally able to not feel much. The fuckin’ lidocaine is now coursing through my body… heart is pounding through my chest… hands are shaking… and then the endorphins kick in because of the continual injections. Great… what I don’t need…
Left one comes out no problem… right one is a pain in the ass as the first shot of the local anesthetic didn’t do crap and I was feeling everything. Second shot… a bit better but still feeling things. Third shot… finally… not feeling the pain. Something about the right side of my mouth that doesn’t like to be numbed. Right piece comes out finally. And we are done… next appointment in two months…

Come home… heart is still pounding through my chest… arms are shaky… and legs are now shaky. Great… driving home in this condition? Sure to get pulled for and would have to explain this one. O_o
Made it home in one piece. And about thirty to forty minutes later I started to feel EVERYTHING again. And boy did I feel it. Was a pain I had not felt in many months… and as I tried to weather the storm I opted instead to reach for the bottle of pills at my side. Mr. Ibuprofen and Sir Vicodin… what a wonderful cocktail they make. Add into the mix a bit later some Guinness and I was comfy…
Again, closer to bedtime the pain was coming on… so popped just the ibuprofen with a Guinness chaser…

This morning, a bit of pain… another ibuprofen popped with a few in my bag for today if needed. No vicodin for now… am trying to see if I can hold off on that one unless really needed.

For those coming to the big shin-dig… I am going to need final answers for those who are “maybe” or “unresponsive” by the end of next week. That is when I am sitting down to order up everything.
For those curious… I know no one is… about another dozen or so people have been added though it’s not reflected on the counts anywhere. So yeah… that’s fucking up numbers and how much this is going to cost me in the long run.

AMV dvd has been burned and is set to go. Will actually have two versions of the disc. One will be the raw video files (AVI and MPG) and the other will actually be in a DVD format in the event that whatever computer we use decides it doesn’t like the DVD format (ie: Cache’s laptop for some odd reason). Speaking of computers, I might just even breakdown and bring the tower downstairs but I need to work out some kinks in the audio system. It likes to get spotty after a while with the speakers but has no issues whenever I’m listening in on headphones. So I need to verify the plugs are done correctly and the settings are proper. Giant pain in the arse…

Only one person volunteered for the making of certain dishes that I am requesting? Nice… thanks folks. Glad to be of service here… I’m here all bloody fuckin’ week…

And no one really getting hold of Milady about roasting… and if it’s only going to be one person up there then what the fuck is the bloody point, eh? It’s not a roast at that point… it’s a fuckin’ stand-up comedy act that isn’t funny. I have given people email addresses… or are the people just coming for the food because if it’s just for the food then hell, I could throw this even any ol’ fuckin’ time and not theme it up to anything else.

Speaking of the OMGWTFBBQ… this is the third one, yes? Well I have been thinking and I have come to the conclusion that we can only go so far in pushing the envelope legally when it comes to foods and meats and whatnot as well as not break me financially every year. One more year of pushing the limits… and then the fifth year will be a “back to basics” kind of thing and that will be it. Fini… five years is enough time to have experimented and played. So we are at the halfway point of these events… at least the one’s that are hosted by me and Milady. Beyond that… who knows. Maybe I’ll get a wild hair up my arse and will go in a completely different route where we do small gatherings of people and serve out several courses in a sit-down manner… or put every dish I make on fire in some fashion just for show… it all depends on how where I want to be at at that time. And at this time I know that five years will be enough of this theme for me at least unless I am able to import in some seriously kickass stuff and I don’t have a bunch of pussies showing up not trying anything.

I was going to write some more crap today… but right now I’m in pain… I’m tired… I should not be at work but have to be because I have a client coming in today… and just want to curl up and sleep…

hockey… TV shows… and the f… fiddly-dee Shriners…

First off… TV stuff…
Desperate Housewives apparently is getting some new blood next season and I was seriously considering dropping the show and now they got me in every way possible. Damn you ABC!!! First off, Dana Delany is in talks to join the cast on Wisteria Lane… and if that pans out then her husband on the show will be portrayed by Nathan Fillion (SciFi fans know him as Capt. Malcolm Reynolds).
Ms. China Beach and Mr. Firefly… mmm… television goodness. Less Terri Hatcher… more Dana Delany!!!

For those who might be bored this evening… tune into Larry King Live in which his guest will be Robin Williams. Should be a rather chaotic interview. Also on the show tonight will be Robin Quivers from the Howard Stern Show about her weight loss… meh… I only care about Robin Williams…

and for those catching one of the many repeats of the Concert for Diana or hoping to… be sure to set your DVR’s to stop recording about 30-40 minutes past the original six hour mark or else you will miss the final act.

and don’t forget that this weekend is also the Live Earth concert that is going to be broadcast on Bravo, MSNBC, and CNBC… though I noticed that CNBC and MSNBC didn’t have the entire thing listed up on the onscreen guide but they are supposed to be showing the entire thing or at least CNBC is.

Kings fans can stop whining that they are going to suck next season because their team didn’t do crap on the first day of UFA… instead they went and picked up four pretty good players on the second day of UFA. Granted I know that Kings fans were hoping to see someone like Chris Drury but I think they did pretty damn well for themselves yesterday. Ladislav Nagy… Kyle Calder… Michal Handzus… and Tom Preissing…
Will have to see how they can get them to play with a wide open net behind them… the Kings need to deal with the goaltender situation but short of plopping down cash for a new goalie when they already have an over-priced joke of a goalie now that they can’t get rid of.

Anaheim fans got a shock yesterday afternoon/evening with the announcement of the signing of Todd “Sucker-Punch” Bertuzzi. Bertuzzi… Brad May… Brian Burke… this is sounding familiar for some reason. Oh yeah… May and Burke were both with the Vancouver Canucks when Bertuzzi nailed Steve Moore from behind and ended Moore’s hockey career. Anaheim already has other team’s fan screaming that we are nothing more than a thug team and Burke just reaffirms that with getting Bertuzzi. Who’s next for Anaheim? Derek Boogaard? That would help to secure the thug image we have in the league… O_o

so let’s see who does what today… it’s been quiet for the most part this morning though in the world of hockey. Though it was interesting to find out that it was Bertuzzi that approached Anaheim and not the other way around. Guess Anaheim is a team people want to actually take seriously and play for… this isn’t your father’s hockey team…

and finally… the part that I’ve been holding out for… those freakin’ Shriners…
For those unaware of the current situation, the Shriners are in town this week for some convention. And they are everywhere in the resort area. Cannot miss the red jackets and red fezzes. But what got me is that they are holding a parade this morning that is pretty much fucking up major roads in Anaheim and Garden Grove. Starting on Chapman & West… going to Harbor… up Harbor to the Anaheim Convention Center.
And there have been signs posted up and down Orangewood about no parking in this area… and that certain streets are going to be blocked off between certain times. You are holding a bloody parade in the middle of the Anaheim Resort area… and within that area are residential streets. You are essentially blocking access to and from people’s homes because you want to have a parade? Fuck you… what have you done to deserve a bloody parade in my town? Nothing… except to annoy the residents in the area with this tripe. Then again, we’re only residents… we don’t bring in the revenue like the tourists and convention attendees bring in. Then again, we residents are also some of the same people that work at the locations that the tourists and convention attendees frequent during their stay here. If you come to our town… don’t be an asshole… don’t shut down major access points through the resort area… don’t drive like a moron… and don’t think that you are invulnerable to getting plowed down by a car when you jaywalk on a busy street. Don’t let your kids hang out the window of your fourth floor hotel room… do close your drapes when you are changing clothes OR having sex (unless you are hot… then you can leave them open and I’ll bring the binoculars/telescope)… and do realize that you yelling and screaming in the pool and generally making an ass of yourself is not endearing to the residents who might be trying to sleep at night since some of us do have a job to go to in the morning.

and that is all for now… though apparently my postings are, uhmmm, rather crude. Really? I’m crude? Say it isn’t so… I might have to cut myself in order to make sure that I’m actually a living being. This is a nightmare… *weep*…

Ducks update…

I know I just posted up a somewhat lengthy post… but this is just Ducks talk now…

Shawn Thorton leaving Anaheim to play for the Boston Bruins in a multi-year contract deal that hasn’t been totally disclosed yet.

Paul Kariya rumors flared up again about coming to Anaheim as a possible player to replace Selanne should he retire. Another name being tossed around is Jason Blake, who Anaheim almost had before the end of the Trade Deadline but missed it by about ten or fifteen minutes.

Scot Niedermayer has all but said he’s going to retire this summer. It would be nice to know now so that Burke could get an idea of how much he has to play with in regards to cap space.
There was a press conference called this evening that was expected to be Scott’s announcement of retirement from the NHL… instead he stated that he would make his decision between now and the beginning of the next season. FUCK!!!! Scott, don’t fuck with us… either retire or stick it out for another year… don’t fuck with us for a few months on this. There is $6.75 million tied up in you right now and we’d really like to have that out for possibly going after some other players…

9:35PM – Paul Kariya signed to the St. Louis Blues… Jason Blake signed to the Toronto Maple Leafs… still possible to grab a winger as a replacement for Selanne…

7:10am (next day) – so the terms of the Kariya contract were 3 years… and $6 million per year. What?!?!?! Seriously? I know St. Louis is trying to right the ship and all but that was way too much money for him. Oh well… Blues fans… he’s all yours for the next three years. Hope you enjoy losing some more…

6:20pm – Okay… this one really threw me for a loop and I’m trying to figure out how in the hell Anaheim is still under the salary cap… the Anaheim Ducks have signed former Detroit Red Wing Todd Bertuzzi in a two-year deal with financial amounts not being discussed yet. WTF?!?!?! Brad May, Todd Bertuzzi, and Mathieu Schneider? All we need now is Marcus Nasland and we’re about ready to start the Broadstreet Bullies in Anaheim. We already have George Parros… and these other guys? This is going to be a bloody upcoming season for whomever we face… O_o

Ducks… Concert for Diana… and OMGWTFBBQ…

first off… the big news for the day for Anaheim Ducks fans, with today being the beginning of the UFA signing frenzy Ducks GM Brian Burke blew everyone’s minds by signing former Red Wing defenseman Mathieu Schneider to a two-year $11.25 million contract.
What does this mean? In the event that Scott Niedermayer does announce his retirement from the NHL in the coming weeks, he’s got a rather decent replacement to fill in for him. If Scott decides to stay around for another year then it just means that the defensive blueline is going to be insane next season.

There were rumors going around at one point earlier this week that UFA Paul Kariya might see if he can come back to Anaheim… but I seriously doubt this would happen. Anaheim fans are not a group to easily forget the bullshit he has pulled in the years past when he was a Mighty Duck… and the fact that he’s going to want more than he’s worth after the disappointing performances in Colorado and Nashville… sorry Paul, but our arena does not welcome you into the flock…

Will be curious to see what happens with the whole Chris Drury thing that is taking place right now. He was one of the big names that there were a lot of teams interested in… but was the money going to be right to sign him? Now it seems he’s wanting to head to a West Coast team… there are three of them. And apparently only two of them are in serious negotiations. Anaheim is not one of those teams, though it would not surprise me if Burke tossed something in to fuck with San Jose and Los Angeles… ^_~

Ilya Bryzgalov will most likely be traded away in the coming months… still need to get word from Teemu Selanne if he’s going to return for another year or if considers this “going out on top”…

For those not watching today the Concert for Diana, you missed (or are missing) a really good concert. Lots of artists… and a damn good event. Acts that I didn’t think would be any good have been rather entertaining. VH1 had issues during Fergie’s performance… but no loss there. Lily Allen and Joss Stone both were really good…
Not sure if the concert will be re-broadcast again after today… but if you get the chance, watch it.

And next week is the Live Earth concert on Bravo… and MSNBC and CNBC… a ton of performances taking place during that concert from hell. there are acts in all sorts of countries that I want to see… I definitely am hoping to see Juli perform in Hamburg. Trying to figure out how in the hell Snoop Dogg is getting into Germany… but whatever… if they let Tom Cruise in then they have to let a non-Christian Science pot-smokin’ Ducks fan in…

Back to Live Earth… set the DVR’s for fuckin’ early. And leave them be for the next 24 hours. That is all…

So we seem to pinning down the menu a lot more for the OMGWTFBBQ… one protein got dumped… which was a nice $200 savings for my pocketbook but I increased two other proteins a bit in order to play a bit more. In an upcoming email to invitees, I will be requesting certain some volunteers for a couple of specific dishes. Nothing overly difficult… just a bit of a request. And I’ll also be making a request of those who have not mentioned a specific dish within in their RSVP to donate to one of the two donation links that I have posted up in the invite lest this thing kill me financially with BlizzCon the following weekend and rent due a few days following the event.

AMV’s are being sorted through… and have almost been finalized. Just going through a few more to get some opinions… and then will work with some folks to figure out an order… and then the burning process will take place for final testing on a DVD player…
Figuring to get the little show started between 8:30pm – 9pm… depends on the amount of darkness we have in a few weeks and when. Gonna be digging up the sunset times for that day and figuring things out based upon current times that things are dark enough. Sunset due for about 7:55pm… give it another thirty minutes or so to darken up a bit more… plenty of time I think since I’ve only heard from a couple people on the roasting part of this event. If nothing else, I bore people to death with AMV’s :P
